Calhoun County, AR – After using another software system for many years I can honestly say that the financial software we now use from Financial Intelligence (FI) is much easier to use. The FI solution is more comprehensive than our old software and the reports I am now able to produce are accurate. FI made the conversion from our old provider painless. Their trainers actually came and stayed with us in Hampton until the job was complete to our satisfaction. This is a far better experience than when we first went on with our old software provider where most of the training was provided by phone call. If you are thinking about changing software providers I cannot recommend FI enough. They understand that the customer is important.
