Garland County, AR – A computer conversion in any department is always difficult but I have found the staff with Financial Intelligence to be willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and to be helpful with the implementation process. Boyd, Sarah, Phillip and Robert have remained professional and very patient. All have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make what I think will be the single best improvement in the Garland County Treasurer’s Office since the mid 80’s when we first went on computer. The staff is willing to step back and let us see if we can handle this on our own but can always be reached when needed. The fact that Boyd has worked with the Arkansas Division of Legislative Audit to update the coding system that won’t go in to effect till 2010 or 2011 indicates his commitment to the project and to us and to the company.
I would recommend Financial Intelligence to any county treasurer that wants to update their record keeping system and properly archive their work.
