FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

In Addition to Financial Intelligence, Robert is the Founder and President of Indigent Healthcare Solutions, which serves over 100 counties. He has almost 33 years of experience in design, development, and implementation of local government software applications. Robert’s account management background includes responsibility for local government data processing departments in municipalities with populations comprising more than 4 million people and multi-million dollar budgets. His number-one goal is to ensure that the customers who have placed their trust in FI are the most satisfied customers in the county government.


Becky D'Amico

Becky D’Amico

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Becky has over 20 years of experience in customer service and manual writing. She owned a small business for over thirteen years and has combined experience of more than five years in city and county government. Becky is an active member in several civic organizations and is currently the President of CCB and is the second Vice President at her local Lions Club. She attended the University of Central Arkansas. Becky is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible.


Morris Coffey

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Morris joined the FI team in 2017. He has over 40 years of experience in application development. Morris graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. With over 30 years of consulting experience, he has developed accounting and business applications for a variety of industries. He brings to FI a unique background of accounting, application development and project management. Morris is focused on delivering high quality FI products.


Jessica McDurmont

CUSTOMER SUPPORT / ACCOUNT MANAGER

Jessica joined the FI team in 2017. Jessica is bringing county government experience coupled with 13 years of customer service experience. Jessica has been in leadership roles in a county and understands the uniqueness of county government, and how important their needs are. She has spearheaded office change overs. Her primary goal is 100 percent customer service satisfaction, and building relationships with our customers.


Cliff Kotara

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Cliff joined the FI team in 2018 when FI acquired the financial software division of Hill Country Software Services (HCSS) where Cliff spent many years providing software services for Texas Counties and municipalities. Cliff’s customer relationships skills are without equal and his knowledge of governmental accounting is why his customers love him.


Sarah Barnes

SENIOR PROGRAMER AND ANALYST

With more than 20 years experience in the development of county government software at FI, Sarah has the goal of providing software solutions to make her clients’ jobs easier. She attended Middle Tennessee State University where she graduated Cum Laude with a BS Degree in Computer Sciences and a minor in Mathematics. While attending Middle Tennessee State University, Sarah was recognized as a 1996 Visa Scholarship Essay Contest Winner, as well as Honors Academic Achievement Award and OWLS Academic Service Award winner, just to name a few. As a student, she was a computer instructor for the continuing education department at her alma mater. Sarah proudly served our country in the United States Air Force from 1978 through 1983. While enlisted, she received the Airman of the Quarter Award for the European Communications Division. Sarah’s hard work and dedication is shown by the satisfaction of our clients.


Tammy Johnson

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Tammy Johnson has over 30 years working with State, County and local government. Being a native of White County, she started working as a deputy Collector where she worked for 7 years before deciding to seek office. In 1990 she started serving as Tax Collector and remained until 2001. During her tenure as Collector she implemented 2 different software packages and obtained her BA in Computer Information. Tammy also has an MBA from Harding University. In 2001 she decided to seek the office of Searcy City Clerk/Treasurer where she managed the City’s finances, records and IT Department. She finished her tenure working at Arkansas’s Department of Information Systems before retiring. Tammy understands the commitment made to provide excellent customer service and is committed in seeing FI’s clients receive the same.


Tennille Wray

CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER

Tennille joined the FI Team in 2020. She has 10 years experience in government work. Eight of those were on a college campus working in Accounts Payable. Two years were spent working in Payroll for county government, using FI software. Tennille graduated from John Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She also holds an Associates of Science in Accounting. She brings to FI a tenacious energy, an eye for detail, and drive for 100 percent customer service satisfaction.


Tyler Rodgers

CUSTOMER SUPPORT / INSTALLATION SPECIALIST

Tyler joined the FI team in 2021 after working in Pharmacy. Tyler brings over 12 years of customer service and training experience. She is well versed in adhering to state, local, and federal laws. She enjoys crocheting, spending a ridiculous amount of money on Taylor Swift tickets, and reading when she should be sleeping. She is dedicated to making sure that each client has a successful migration to the FI software.


Shawn Holland

CUSTOMER SUPPORT / SOFTWARE ANALYST

Shawn joined the FI Team in 2022 after working as an IT Manager in county government for almost 12 years.  He has called Saline County home except for a decade spent in Texas during which time he was a member of Phi Theta Kappa at Waco’s McLennan Community College before returning in 2002.  Between then and early 2011, Shawn managed a family business that served the community’s health and wellness needs.  He brings over 23 years of customer service experience with him.  Shawn strives to always provide top notch customer care to our clients.
